Ladies Only Kickboxing Fitness

At Fighting Fit Club we cater for every size, shape and experience. Every class is different, they vary from cardio and tae bo to circuit training, fitness assessments and padwork.

You're never going to get bored, there's a friendly atmosphere and it's a great way to meet new people and feel great!

Our kickboxing fitness classses are designed for ladies 14 years and upwards.
This program is an ultimate workout for women to lose weight, tone up and generally feel more confident about themselves. You can burn up to 800 calories in just one session!

 

Your first lesson is FREE so you can just turn up to any of the classes below!
You can wear trainers or some prefer to train in bare feet and just wear something comfortable.

Once I was a shy, reserved girl, lacking confidence. Then first came Kick Boxing followed by Tae Kwon do. Tae Kwon do has enhanced my life skills. It is disciplined and gives me the confidence and courage to participate in many other group activities. Also, the self defence skills that I have learnt, give me reassurance that if ever I was in an uncomfortable situation, I would be more able to deal with it, without putting myself at risk.

I have been going to Sam's classes for over three years now, and speaking as one of her slightly older ladies, I can honestly say I have never been so fit in my life! And it's all because I took the opportunity to join when it presented itself and I have never looked back. Black belt here I come!

I've attended lots of fitness classes in the past and even joined a gym. Like everything, the novelty eventually wears off. Sam's Kickboxing classes are the best I've ever been to and here I am, 2 years on and still loving every class. I now enjoy exercising and have made lots of new friends. We are mother and daughter and we go kickboxing on a sunday morning. We have been going since January and we enjoy it. It is a fun and worthwhile exercise for all your body. The group is very friendly and there is always a good atmospheare. You can work at your own pace and sam is a brilliant instructor. Come and join us if you want a good workout on sundays

I’ve been kickboxing in Sam’s ladies classes for about 2 years and doing Tae-Kwon-Do for just over a year now. My confidence and fitness levels have grown over the past 2 years due to the classes. My attitude on life & also the way I view others has changed. The classes are always fun and I always find that I come out of them sweating! Sam is very motivational, this makes me push myself to work harder. Some days I go into them feeling down & find it was a struggle to get myself there, but when I come out of them I’m always really happy and glad I went.
